Lemon Berry Splash (1 Serving)
Ingredients:
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
6-8 raspberries (Optional: A few more raspberries for garnishing)
2 oz sparkling water or lemon/lime soda
1/2 oz orange juice
Optional Sugar Rim Coating:
1 lemon
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
Steps:
- (Optional) Rub a slice of lemon around the edge of your desired glass.
- (Optional) Pour granulated sugar onto a flat plate and rub the rim of the glass cup into the sugar until the rim is fully coated.
- Using a fork and a small bowl, mash 6-8 raspberries and set aside.
