Hi I’m Alyssa! I’m a cat lover, aries, swiftie, junior and Random Editor! This is my second year in Journalism and getting to write and design pages is such a fun way to express my creativity! I’ve loved getting to reach out to more of the student body and interact with everyone. I’m super excited for this new chapter of the Kilt going online and I hope you all enjoy!!

Hey guys! My name is Erika Kerimova and I am a Junior. I am the Managing Editor this year and this is my third year in journalism. I decided to join journalism because I thought it would be a good way to meet new people and improve my writing and design skills. My favorite article that I have written so far is the twin story or the immigrant parent’s story.

One of my favorite articles I wrote in The Kilt would have to be “Gangsta Rap and the N.W.A” that I wrote last year or “The little Mermaid” story from this year!
